Shipping policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • International: 7–10 business days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24–48 hours.

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

We are not responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen once marked as delivered by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the item and packaging.

Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address. If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Shipping Restrictions

Some products may have shipping restrictions depending on your location. If we are unable to ship an item to your address, we will notify you and issue a refund.
